Operation Outlaw

On April 6th, 2011, more than 300 officers were employed in an “anti-terrorism” operation named ‘Outlaw Operation’ carried out in 16 different cities including Bologna, where police arrested 5 activists close to the squatted social centre Fuoriluogo and shut down the place. Another person was arrested in the nearby town of Ferrara and released straight after interrogation. Seven other people are under banning orders which restrict their movements and are also being investigated. The comrades imprisoned in Bologna can be written at:

Pierloreto "Paska" Fallanca

Paska was arrested as part of OPerazione Panico and charged with attempted murder because of the wounding of the bomb disposal engineer Mario Vece, fabrication, detention and transportation of explosive devices, aggravated damage for the throwing of incendiary bottles against the Carabinieri barracks. Their trials are underway as of July 2018.

Giovanni Ghezzi

Giovanni was arrested as part of Operazione Panico and charged with attempted murder because of the wounding of the bomb disposal engineer Mario Vece, fabrication, detention and transportation of explosive devices, aggravated damage for the throwing of incendiary bottles against the Carabinieri barracks.
