On Wednesday, April 13, at 5 in the morning, an operation was started by the Mossos d'Esquadra in which two private addresses and a social center of the La Salut district were raided. Twenty people who live in the building were detained for twelve hours.
Apart from the looting and destruction that accompanied the police raid, the operation resulted in the arrest of a group that was already jailed due to Operation Pandora, under the accusation of having participated in bank expropriations in Germany in years prior. The Aachen Public Prosecutor stated in press conferences that he thinks that a 2014 expropriation would be the last of three bank robberies that occurred in the same city, including that of a branch of Aachener Bank in summer 2013. A prior arrest was made for this action which resulted in acquittal.
Lisa Dorfer was sentenced as part of this case to 7 and half years in prison, accused of a bank expropiation in 2014.
